Where can I park?
The Arena has car parking for over 2,000 spaces onsite, all within easy walking distance of the venue.
How near is the train station?
The Arena is just over 2 miles from the railway station. Local taxis and buses are available from the station.
Are there catering facilities at the event?
There will be hot and cold refreshments available within the venue.
Is the event free?
Yes

Where is the event?
Can I just turn up on the day as a visitor?
Yes you can but you will need to register at the registration desk prior to accessing the event.

Please note :  All prices stated exclude VAT, all stands must be paid in full on confirmation
Stand Extras?
There is no carpet or furniture arrangements for any exhibitor but can be purchased through The Peterborough Biscuit. Carpet will be made available for sponsors.  
Event Centre Extras?
If you need extra electrical hook ups, rigging or catering, please contact our Account Manager, Charlie. 
Can I share a stand?
No – stand sharing is prohibited. If found to be in breach of this, you will be asked to make a donation to the event.
GDPR?
The Peterborough Biscuit is a community business event which centers itself around connecting businesses and others, therefore if you book a stand you are agreeing to other Biscuit exhibitors, sponsors, and charities contacting you in order to build on their connections and your own. This is a legitimate interest not only for ourselves but you too.

We understand that by being a part of The Peterborough Biscuit you may be approached by email or by telephone by our sponsors or exhibitors. You consent to the use of your personal data (as disclosed by registering) to be used by trusted third parties, this includes our app. 

You understand and consent to the event organisers using your data in order to stage the event with the view to improve the event experience for participants.
Can I just turn up on the day as an exhibitor?
No, you must register for a stand by the deadline date. 
When do I set up my stand?
The stand 'build' day is Tuesday 9th February 2021 from 12pm until 7pm. (All exhibitors must set up their stand on this day)

The event times are: Wednesday 10th February 2020 from 9am until 4pm.

The stand 'break down' days are Wednesday 5th February from 4pm until 7pm
Does the venue have Wi-Fi?
There is free Wi-Fi onsite, but this is restricted to email and low usage only. If you need more to stream from websites.

Can I bring my own refreshments?
No. Please note that it is strictly prohibited for exhibitors wishing to provide refreshments on their stand is strictly prohibited – only sample sizes are allowed (under 25ml).
Onsite Facilities and Provision
The venue will provide cashpoint and catering options. There will also be first aid and security for the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
The exhibition, charity & sponsor stand cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation within three weeks of the event: 0% refund
Cancellation within four weeks of the event: 30% refund
Cancellation within six weeks of the event: 50% refund
Cancellation over eight weeks: 80% refund

If no monies have been paid, you will receive an invoice of the amount outstanding which must be paid by the date of the invoice.

*Please note no refunds are given to any exhibitor or sponsor if they are unhappy with the event itself, we hold no onus on how the day runs, the number of visitors, or the number of sales you could possibly get from the event. 
Videography and Photography
Persons wishing to video or photograph persons, items, stalls or seminars at this event must request permission from the event organiser, by email, at least 5 days prior to the event.
Do I get the chance to see the venue before the event happens? 
Yes, you will be given a taster night before the event. Date of the taster night to be confirmed. 
What does space only stand mean?  
Space only stands have no shell scheme and you will not be given any facia board for your nameboard to be place on, if you require a facia board this will then be charged as extra.
